At N. by Nawab Elegance, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns or refunds if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered.

To qualify for a return or refund:

- You must record a clear, uncut video while opening your parcel.
- The unboxing video is mandatory proof for all claims.
- If the item inside the parcel does not match your order, you may request:
  - A Replacement, or
  - A Full Refund.

No Video, No Claim

Any request for a return, refund, or replacement without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns and refunds are not available for:

- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Any claim without an unboxing video.
- Products that match the original order.
