Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted if you receive an incorrect item. A clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their name, address, and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
